Dan Bernstein
Since June of 2006 Dan has been an Assistant United States Attorney
assigned to the general crimes unit. Prior to that he was a
Miami-Dade Assistant State Attorney for 12 years where he served
as a felony division chief and was then assigned to the organized
crime and public corruption units. Throughout his career, Dan
has also served as an adjunct professor of litigation skills
at the University of Miami School of Law. Dan received his undergraduate
education at Washington University in St. Louis, and his law
degree from the University of California, Hastings College of
the Law.
