Anthony Heary

Anthony R. Heary served as a Miami-Dade County Assistant State Attorney from 2002-2005.  Anthony is a partner with the law firm of Angones, McClure & Garcia, PA, practicing in the areas of product liability, wrongful death, premises liability and retail defense in state and federal trial courts.  He also handles real property litigation matters including ad valorem taxation disputes. While in law school, Anthony served as a law clerk in the Appellate Division of the Office of the Illinois Attorney General in Chicago, Illinois.  He earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002. Anthony is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association, Miami Beach Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and is privileged to serve on the Florida Bar Standing Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.  Heary is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and all Florida state appellate and trial courts.
